Your Associations Will Determine Your Success In This Season

Psalm 1:1-3 
1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Psalm 1: 1-3 is loaded with such great revelation about the Christian life. God wants you to have the right associations in this season because prosperity is around the corner waiting for you. Just get in alignment.

This scripture obviously indicates that unblessed is the man who walks in the counsel of the ungodly, who stands in the way of sinners and you sit in the seat of the scornful.

There are so many of us who know the Lord but somehow we are still caught up with the wrong people. We continue to seek the counsel of those who have refused to turn over their lives fully or at all to Christ.

It is time to let go of all associations with such people, because the word clearly states that when you keep such company you WILL NOT PROSPER. 
You are called to be like a tree by the riverside. That means that you are called to flourish. Anything next to a river can never die. As the roots of the tree goes down, they will find their way towards the water and will continue to drink. 

Find yourself next to the riverside which is in the presence of God instead of next to the ungodly because God has a great purpose to work out in you and it will call for you to fixed next to his river.
